Zif~REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of tne
terms and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreeraent between the parties:

the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day i
