KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the iaws of the U~ited States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by E. H.
Klueppelberg, Jr. and Sharon L. Klueppelberg, dated January 17, 19 72 , and recorded
his wife
in the public records of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book 198 on page
