upon oath says:

2. On March 2, 1972, Affiant sold to John Ficara, Jr.,
the property described above.
3. At the time of the sale of tlze above described property
to John Ficara, Jr., said property was not nor had it been Affiant's
homestead.
4. The above described property was commercial rental
