MORTGAGE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
This Agreement made between WESLEY D. KLINGER and
MARIE D. KLINGER, his wife, of Palm City, Florida (hereinafter
called the "Mortgagor") and BANK OF STUART, N.A., a national
banking association, having offices at 321 East Ocean Boulevard,
Stuart, Florida (hereinafter calZed the "Mortgagee").
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Mortgagee is the holder of that certain Mortgage
dated August 31, 1972, recorded at Official Records Book 205,
page 2884,gt. Lucie '~ounty, Florida, public records (hereinafter
called "mortgage") given by Mortgagor to secure the payment of
a certain mortgage note or promissory note between the parties
(hereinafter called the "note") of the same date.
WHEREAS, the Mortgagee desires to extend the maturity
of the Note from August 30, 1982 to August 30, 1987, in order
that the installment payments shall be sufficient to amortize
the entire principal of the loan during the period of the loan

; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One

# Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration each to the other

~ in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the partie

~ hereto mutually covenant and agree as follows;

~ THAT the time for payment of the principal sum of the
~
~ Note secured by the Mortgage, as modified by this agreement,
~ hereby is extended so that the same shall be due and payable
~
~ August 30, 1987.

~ PROVIDED, that the Mortgagor continues to make monthly
- installments of $451.48 each, on the 30th day of each and every
month until the maturity date, as extended, at which time the t

entire balance of principal plus accrued interest shall be due
and payable in full, and
PROVIDED that Mortgagor complies with all other terms
