I, ROGER, POITRAS, as Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby certify that pursuant to the
provisions of the Order of the Circuit Court of said County contained
in the Final Judgement in Case No. 70-639 as recorded in Circuit
Court Minute Book 83 at pages 371 and 372 of the Pub~ic Records
of said County, have expunge~ from the Public Records of said
County the following instruments to-wit:
1. Quit Claim Deed dated January 23, 1970 from Irdian River
Trading Corp., a Florida corporation, to Edsel G. Davis xecorded
in OR Book 182 at pag~;s 1299 and 1300 covering the following
described lands in said County:
The South 250 acres of the following described property:
That part of the SW~ of Section 26 lying West of Lake
Shore Boulevard and the E'~ of the SE4 of Section 27, and
the EZ of the NE4 of Section 34, and that part of the
E Z of the W'~ and the W 2 of the E'~ lying West of Lake
Shore Boulevard in Section 35, and the W'~ of the W'~ of
Section 35, all in Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The Warranty Deed dated January 23, 1970 from Indian River
Trading Corp., a Florida corporation, to Edsel G. Davis recorded in
OR Book 182 at pages 1399 and 1400 covering the following described
lands in said County to-wit:
The South 250 acres of the following described property:
That part of the SW4 of Section 26 lying West of
Lake Shore Boulevard and the E2 of the SE4 of
SecCion 27, and the EZ of the NE4 of Section 34, and
that part of the E 2 of the W 2 and the W~ of the E 2
lying West of Lake Shore Boulevard in Section 35,
and the W~ of the WQ of Section 35, all in Township -
35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
