INDEIVTURE, dated as of the first day of January, 1973, made and
entere@ into by and between F~.oRm~ Pow~a & 1.icHT Co~r~t~, a corpo-
ration of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 4200 Flagler Street,
Miami, Florida 33134 (hereinafter sometimes called the Company), party
of the &rst part, and B~rrxE~ts 'I`xvsr Cok[r~rnt, a corporation of the State
of New York, whose post office address is Sixteen Wall Street, New York,
New York 10015 {hereinafter sometimes called the Corporate Trustee), and
FLORIDA FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF JACBSONVILLE (fornnerly 'Ibe Florida
National Bank of Jacksonville), a national banking association organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose post
oflice address is Jacksonville, Florida (hereinafter sometimes called the
Co-Trustee), parties of the second part (the Corporatc Trustee and the
Co-Trustee being hereinafter together sometimes caUed the Trustees), as
Trustees under the Mortgage and Deed of Tn~st, datoa. as of January I.
1944 (hereinafter called the Mortgage), which Mortgage was executed aud
delivered by Florida Power dc Light Company to secure the payment of bonds
issued or to be issued under and in accordance with the provisions of the `
Mortgage, reference to which said Mortgage is 6ereby made, this Indenture
-(hereinafter called the Twenty-sixth Supplcmental Indenturc) being supple-'
mental thereto;
