SECT[ON 2. Section 3 of the Third Supplemental Indenture, as hereto-
fore amended, is herehy farther amended by inserting the words "or Twenty-
, seventh Seri~ ' immediately before the words "remain Outstanding".

Miscellaixous Provisioas
SECrioH 3. Subject to the amendments provided for in this Twenty-
sixth Supplemental Indenture, the terms defined in the Mortgage, as hereto-
fore supplemented, shail, for all purposes of this Twenty-sixth Supplemental
[ndenture, ha~e the meanings specified in the Mortgage, as heretofore sup-
plemented.
SECTION 4. The Trustees hereby accept the trust herein declared, prc~-
vided, created or supplemented and agree to perform the same upon the ierms
and conditions herein and in ihe Mortgage, as heretofore supplemented, set
forth and upon the following tcrms and conditions:
The Trustees shall not be responsible in any manner whatscever for or
in respect of the validity or sufl~ciency of ihis Twenty-si~cth Supplemental
indenture or for or in respect of the recitals contained herein, all of which
recitals are made by the Company solely. In ~eneral, each and every term
and condition contained in Article XVII of the Mortgage, as heretofore
amended, shail apply to and form part of this Twenry-sixth Suppkmental
Indenture with thc same force and effect as if the same were herein set forth
in full with such omissions, variations and insertions, if any, as may be appr~-
priate to make the same conform to the provisions af this Twenty-sixth Sup-
plemental Iadenture.
