WILLES, as Trustee is the owner of the fee title of Lot 4, Industrial Subdivision, in Section 28. To•,~m- ship 35 South, Range 40 East, according to plat book 9, at page 5, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ' i and that an unrecorded lease was executed from the said owner to TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, INC. dated March 27, 1970, granting unto the said TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, INC. the right to purchase the aforedescribed lot; and WHEREAS, the said TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, INC. took possession of and is in full control of the aforedescribed lot and on the lst day of March 1975 the said owner will convey F title of the aforedescribed lot to TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, INC. , NOW, TI~REFORE, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) paid by TYLANDER LUMBER COMPANY, INC. to the ! i ~ undersigned, the undersigned does hereby waive the priority ~ ~ ~ ~ of the above mentioned lease and agreement to pir chase over ~ z ~ ; that certain mortgage dated December 12, 1972, and recorded ~ ~ /and re-recorded in O.R.
