WITNESSETH: That the said part ieS of the first part, for ared in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (s1.00) and
other valuable mnsiderations paid by the parry of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
grant, bargain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. Lucie Counry,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit: ~
A parcel of land having an East West dimension of 60 feet and a North South
dimension of 320 feet, said parcel of land lying between Block 1 and Block 8
and bounded on the North by the South right-of-way li.ne of Southland Drive
and boundedaon the South by the North right-of-way line of Dixieland Drive
of an unrecorded plat of Dixieland Subdivision in die Southeast quarter of
Section 27, Township 35 South, Rang+e 40 East, as recorded in Deed Book
152, Page 403, Public Records of St . Lucie County, Florida .
It is understood by both parties that the.acceptance of this right-of-way by
St . Lucie County, in no way obligates the County to open or maintai.n a road
on the above described land .
