St. Lucie County, Florida, of a d~ed from Hutchinson
Island Limited Partnership conveying to the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida, the following described property, F
to-wit:
A'strip of land 60 feet in ~idth lying
immediately South of and adjacent to
Surfside, Unit 2 Subdivisioa as recorded
in Plat Book 10, Page 11, St. Lucie County
records and running from the Mean High
Water Line of the Atlantic Ocean on the
East to the easterly right of way of
Surfside Drive on the West.
b. The completion by Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership,
at their expense, of 30 paved parking spaces upon the
property described in subparagraph a of this section and
contiguous land in accordance with City of Fort Pierce
specifications, which said completion shall be evidenced
by the recordation in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, of an affidavit to said effect executed
by said Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership and bearing
the approval thereon of the City Manager of the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida as to said completion.
