. AN ORDIliANCE ABANDONING ALL OF THAT THREE (3)
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT SITUATED ALONG THE SIDES
AND REAR OF LOTS l, 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK 6, REVISED
MAP FORT PIERCE BEACH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RE-
CORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ~
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA:

SECTION l. That the following described utility easement is hereby
closed, vacated and abandoned:
All of that three (3) foot utility easement
situated~along the sides and rear of Lots l,
2, 3 and 4, Block 6, Revised Map Fort Pierce _
Beach, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book S, Page 29, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and become effective upon final ~
passage. ~ ;
