to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land, and every part thereof;
that the land is and will remain free from all encumbrances; that said

hereby mortgaged, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against

1. Performance of Note and ~•4ortgage. It will pay the principal >

~ 2. Taxes , Assessments and Other Liens . It will pay ~the taxes ,

~ assessments, levies, liens, liabilities, obligations and encumbrances of

~ every nature and kind now on said described real property and Collateral,

3 or upon the indebtedness secured hereby, or upon this "Iortgage, or that

~ which hereafter may be imposed, suffered, placed, levied or assessed
thereon, K~hen due and payable according to law, before they become delin-
- quent, and before any interest attaches or any penalty is incurred; and
