S~f~ cost~, charges and expenses shali be fmmediately due and payable and shall be secured by the Iien of this 1trSortgage, and such expenditures shall draw interest at the rate of fifteen per ce~tum (15$) per a~num . Such costs, charges and expenses shall include, but not be llmited to, expenses of repairs to any of the Collateral and expenses of repairs to any realty or other property to which any of the Collateral may be affixed or be a part, and the expenses of its retaking, holding, preparing for sale, sel2ing, or the like. 9. Default . In the event: (a) There is any breach of this t.4ortgage or any default on the part of the ivlortgagor; or (b) Any of said sums of money herein referred to be not promptiy and fully paid without demand or notice; or (c) Any warranty, representation or statement furnished to Mortgagee by or on behalf of !Mortgaqor proves to have been false when made or furnished; or (d) ':iortgagor files a petition in bankruptcy, is adfudicated a bankrupt or files a petition or institutes any proceedings or any proceedings are insiituted against ft under the National Hankruptcy Act; or ~ (e) In the event ihe stipulations, aqreements, conditions and covenants of said note and this ":iortgage are not duly, promptly and fully performed; then in either or any such event, the said aggregate sum mentfonecl in sai~l note then remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to that time, and all moneys secured hereby, shall become due and payab2e forthwfth, or thereafier, -7- r' r ;'~GE ~J I a~~!. ~ - ~ .~h ~v ~ _ ~~_,:z _ . ~ _ _
