sums of money were originally stipulated to be paid on such day, anything in
said note or in this Ivlortgage to the contrary notwithstanding; and thereupon
or thereafter, at the option of said t~iortgagee, witnouL noTuce or uemariu,
suit at law or in equity may be prosecuted as if all moneys secured hereby had
matured prior to its institution .
10. Receiver•. The Mortgagee may after any default hereunder
or at any time while a suit is pe~dirtg to foreclose or to reform this Asortgage
or to enforce any claims arising hereunder, apply to the court having
jurisdiction hereof for the appointment of a receiver ana ~~ch cc~uri ~
forthwith appoint a receiver of the premises and all other property secured ~
hereby. Such receiver shall have all the broad and effective functions `

and powers in anywise entrusted by a cour~ to a receiver, and such
appointment shall be made by such court as an admitted equity and as
a matter of absolute right to said tvtortgagee, without reference to the
adequacy or inadequacy of the value of the property mortgaged or to ~

the solvency or insolvency of said ~iortgagor or the defendants . Any ;
such income, profits, rents, issues and revenues shall be applied by
; such receiver according to the lien of this ~4ortgage and the practice

~ of such court . -
11. Loan Agreement: The ~,~ortgagor shall duly, promptly and
full~ pertorm each and every of the terms and provisfons of a certain
Loan Agreement which has been executed and delivered by the parties
_ hereto simultaneously with the execution and delivery hereof (the proceeds
of this :viortgage indebtedness being for the purposes described in said
Loan Agreement) . The terms of said Loan Agreement are by reference made
a part hereof . The lien of this irlortgage secures the payment of all sums

payable to hiortgagee and the performance of all covenants and agreements
~
of ::lortgagor under the terms of said Loan Agreement. The :~.iortgagee shall
