Owner acknawledges that Mortgagee is a Massachusetts business ,
trust organized under Declaration ~f Trust dated April I6, 1969, and filed ~
with Suffolk County, Massachusetts, Registry of Deeds, on April 16,
1969, in Suffolk Deed Book 8276, paqe 645. Owner further agrees that
the name "Great Arr~~:ic~~ r~ort~u~e I*±~e~*_~r~" rpfPrs t9 the Trustee of
said trust as Trustees and not individually or personally, and thet the
loan aqreement and any other contract, certificate, obligation or under-
takinq made or issued by the Trust or by a~y of its officers or agents in
their capacity as such is not binding on the Trustees, Shareholders, .
Officers or Agents of the Trust, personally, but bi~ds only the Trust estate. ~
Owner and Mortqagee agree that Massachusetts law shall qovern any
issues relati~q to this paraqraph.
