AGREEMENT OF PURCHASE AND SALE
THIS AGREEMENT, made this C~ day oi Januar,y, A. D.
1973, by and between RICHARD L. CARLTON, hereinafter referred
to as "Seller", and TURNER COATS, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer".
WITNESSETH:
«JHEREAS, Seller is the owner of the following described
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Sections 22 and 27, To~vnship 36 South, Range
37 East, together with all fences, barns and improve-
ments and fixtures thereon, and
TOGETHER ~t'ITH a certain access easement for right-
of-way purposes covering the following described land:
The West 50 feet of that part of Section 10, r
Township 36 South, Range 37 East, lying
South of Okeechobee Road (State Highway No. 70),
and the VVest 50 feet of Section 15, Township 36
South, Range 37 East,
f all of which property contains 1, 28D acres plus or minus, to be deter-
~ mined by an accurate survey hereinafter referred to; and

~VHEREAS, the 13uyer is desirous of purchasing the subject

~ real property, and the Seller is desirous of selling the same, all upon
a

~ the terms hereinafter set forth.

~ NO~~', THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
~ nd romises bet~veen the arties, and in consideration of the deposit set

~ forth, all of which consideration receipt is hereby acknowledged, and the

~ parties agree as follows:

~ Seller agrees to sell the subject property to Buyer, and
the Buyer agrees to purchase the pi•operty from the Seller for the sum of
