The Grantee by•acceptance of the foregoinq Warranty Deed and execution of this
Acxnowle:dgment and Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copfes of the
Declaration of Condominium described above, including the provisions of all of its
ekiiibit~, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee dces
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (including the
WINDMZLL VILL~IGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY TtiE SEA
CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in making
and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknowledqes and agrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Cor.~lominiwn and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
ar.d the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
