9. That if no ob~ection to such sale be filed in
this proceeding within ten days from the filing of the certiPicate
of sale, the Clerk shall tbereupon complete and file in this ~

which the sale shall stand confirmed as certified by the Clerk, ;
and the title to the mortgaged property shall pass Pully and
