ASSIGNMENT OF FINAL JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE FRESENTS:
T H A T J. CURRY MENDES and MENDORA Y. MEND~S, through
their undersigned attorney, party of the first part, in consi-
deration of the sum of -----TEN DOLLARS------and other valuable ~
conaiderations, receipt from or on behalf of FLORIDA ULmRn_gT.n
IhC., P. 0. Box 1114, Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second
~ part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant,
sel~, assign, ~ansfer an~ set over unto the said party of the
second part a certain Final Judgment bearing date the 3rd day
of January, A. D. 1973, and recorded in Circuit Court Minute
Book 83 at page 293 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land,
situate and being in said County and State, to-wit:
The South 2 feet of Lot 9, Block 2, of the
REVISED PLAT OF PAIMIiAVEh SUBDIVISION, 8s
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at
page 44 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
AND ~
The North ~ of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6,.Block l, _
the North ~ of Lot 7 and the North ~ of Lot
11, all of Lots 8 and 12, Block 2 of OCEAN VIEW
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 6, at page 61 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO FiAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, their heirs, legal representatives, successors
and assigns forever. This assignment is without recourse. _
