NINTH: The Martgogor hereby waives all rights of homestead and exempt~on gronted by the Conslitution and laws of Florido. REVENTM: If forecbsure proceedings of any second morigoge or setond trosf deed or any junior lien of any ki~d should t be instituted, the Mortgagee may, ot its option immediately or thereafter declare this mortgage ond the indebtedness secured hereby due and payobte. FOURTEENTH: Without impoiring the obligotions of Mortyagor contained in paragraphs SECOND, THIRD and FOURTH ~ hereof, ond for opplication to the purposes thereof insofar es the same shall be suf~icient, Mortgugor shall, in addition to the t ~ monthly poymeots of printipal ond interest as sroted in the origina) note (and in the note or notes secured hereby) provided to be ~ ~ made, pay a monthly sum and amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the estimcted annual taxes, asussments and insurarxe F f premiums upon the real estate security, as the amount thereof is determined from time to time by the Mortgagee. ~ ~ ~ i FIFTEENTH: Thot the Mortgagor shall fumish annually, at the request of the Mortgagee, finarr.ial statements in form and ~ ~ certified in a manner satisfactory to the Mortgagee.
