OPTION
THIS OPTION, granted this ~ day of January,
1973, by WAYNE U. SINES and MAUDE M. SINES, his wife, of
1008 Seaway Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "Optionors", to W. E. WALKER, of Rt. 1, Box
96, Ft..Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the
"Optionee".
1. GRANT OF OPTION. In consideration of the
sum of One Thousan Do ars ($1,000.00) paid by the
Optionee to the Optionors, receigt of which is hereby
acknowledged, Optionors hereby grant to Optionee the
exclusive option to purchase the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That certain land conveyed by Ft. Pierce
Properties, Inc., to Optionors by warrant}•
deed dated June 14 1953, recorded June 17,
1953, in Deed Book 182 at page 573; LESS
AND EXCEPT the following three parcels:

A. That certain parcel conveyed ~.y the ~
Optionors to Howard Greenwell, Jr., and ,
Romina D. Greenwell, his wife, dated -
February 1, 1956, recorded February 3,
1956, in Deed Book 210 at page 198;
B. That certain parcel conveyed by the
Optionors to Hugh Stitt and EY~ma Stitt, his
wife, by warranty deed dated November 26,
1957, recorded December 2, 1957, in Deed
Book 233 at page 394;
C. That certain parcel conveyed by the ;
Optionors to Elmer Book and Eleanor Book, ~
his wife, by warranty deed dated November
26, 1957, recorded December 2, 1957, in . ;

~ 2. EXPIRATION DATE. This option shall expire at
s 5:00 P.M. on the 20th day of February, 1973.

~ 3. PURCHASE PRICE. The total purchase price to
~ be paid by Optionee, if this option is exercised, shall
~ be EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($84,000.00) payable as

~ A. Local cashier's check on closing
~ and delivery of deed (or such greater -
~ or lesser amounts as may be necessary -
~ to complete payment of the purchase
~ price after credits, adjustments,
and pro-rations) $23,700.00

{ B. The balance of $60,300.00 shall
' be evidenced by a promissory note
- secured by a purchase money m~rtgage
- in the usual form. Said promissory note
~hall be payable in six (6) semi-annual
- equal installments of $10,050.00 each
together with interest on the unpaid
