12. PERSONAL LICENSE. Concurrent with
closing of this transaction, Optionee shall give Optionors
an irrevocable personal license to dock his boat, free of
charge, for life at any dock which may be appurtenant to
subject property. The exact location of said dockage shall
be as agreed upon by Optionee and Optionors.
13. RISK OR LOSS. Optionors assume risk of any ~
and all loss or amage to the property prior to closing. i
The property shall be conveyed in the same condition as on ;
the date of this contract, ordinary wear and tear only
expected.
14. TIME OF THE ESSENCE. Time is of the essence
up to this option.
