NO QUALIFICATION:
A paper writing, bearing date of September 16, 19~1, pur-
porting to be the Last Will and Teatament of Harold Frazier, who
died on the 16th day of October 1971 at the age of 54, was this day
presented for probate before me, A. M~ Sizemore, Clerk, and proven
on the oath of Joanne C. Conner, who being first duly sworn for the
purpose, did depose and say that she, together with Mary C. F'ears,
Louise Ni. Cole did witness the signature of said testator to said
paper writing at his req.,est and in his presence; they all four
being together, signing and seeing each other sign at the same time;
and she further iestified that at the time of so signing said paper
writing that she verily believed said testator to be of sound and
disposing mind and memory; which paper writing is this day accepted
j for probate and admitted to record as the true Last l~iill and Testament
; uf Harold Frazier, deceased.
