KNOW ALL MEN aY THESE PRESENTS that I, WALTER D.
FLOERSI~IMER, Joined by my wife, CHARLOTTE FLOERSI~IMER, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or on
behalf of BANK OF PAIM BEACH & TRUST COMPANY, a Florida banking
corporation, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt wh ereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain mort-
gage bearing date the 28th day of December, 1972, made by BERNARD ,
LAMSTEIN and HOWARD ROSEMAN, as Trustees, in favor of WALTER D.
FLOERSHEIMER and recorded in Official Record Book 209, page 1468,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon th e following
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County
i and State, to wit:

~ Lots 13 to 16, both inclusive, in Block 3; and Lots 9
~ to 16, both inclusive, in Block 4; all being in Section
~ 24 of Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as sho~m on map
~ or plat of ST. LUCIE GARDENS, recorded in Plat Bo~k 1,
at page 35 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
~ Florida.

~ All of Block 1; Lots l, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 15 and 16 in
Block 2; Lots 1 to 4, both inclusive, and Lots 9 to 16,
both inclusive, in Block 3, AhTD Lots 2 to 16, botY~
~ inclusive, in Block 4, all being in Section 25 of Town-
ship 36 South, Range 40 Ea~t, as shown on said map or plat
~ of ST. LUCIE GARDENS.

~ That part of Lots 14 and 15, lying East of U. S. Highw~y

Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
