KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that I, WALTER D.
FLOERSHEIMER, joined by my wife, CHARLOTTE FLOERSHEIMER, parties
of the first part, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable considerations, received from or on
behalf of BANK OF PALM BEACH & TRUST COMPANY, a Florida banking
corporation, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt wh ereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain mort-
gage bearing date the 28th day of December, 1972, made by BERNARD
LAMSTEIN and HOWARD ROSEMAN, as Trustees, in favor of WALTER D.
FLOERSHEIMER, and recorded in Official Record Book 209, page 1474,
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida, upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County
and State, to wit:
That part of Lot 3 lying South and West of
~ U. S. Highway No. 1; that portion of the South 425.00
s feet of Lot.4 lying South and West of U. S. Highway No.
~ 1; and Lots 9 to 13, both inclusive, in Block 3, and
~ that part of Lots 14 and 15, lying South and West of
~ U. S. Highway No. 1, all being in Section 26, Township
~ 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on said map or plat
~ of ST. LUCIE GARDENS, comprising 65 acres more or less.
~ Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,

~ and the monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from
~ the 28th day of December, 1972.
