1972, between LUCILLE V. COSTA, joined by er husband, GEORGE
A. COSTA, Grantor, and LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., a Florida cor- j
poration, 1900 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce, Florida, ~
Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants
unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual ease-
ment and right of way for the sole purpose of constructing
and maintaining underground drainage outfall facilities in,
upon and through the follawing described land in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
The East 12 feet of Lot 15, Block 2, CORAL
COVE BEACH, SECTION ONE, as recorded in -
Plat Book 11, page 30B, of the public re--
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the GranLee, its ;
successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set
their hands and seals, this day of October, 1972. -
