DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THIS DRAINAGE EASEMENT made, this ~'7 ~day of
October, 1972, between BRIAN M. WEAVER and PAMELA M. WEAVER,
his wife, Grantor, and LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC., a Florida
corporation, 1900 North Federal Highway, Fort Pierce,
Florida, Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That Grantor, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations,
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants ~
. unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual ease-
ment and right of way for the sole purpose of constructing
and maintaining underground drainage outfall facilities
in, upon and through the following described land in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
and the N 3' of the W 10'
The North 3 feet of Lot 8, Block 6,/CORAL of the 20 foot
COVE BEACH, SECTION ONE, as recorded in aZley lying
Plat Book 11, page 30B, public records oE directly East of
St. Lucie County, Flurida. said Lot 8,
By acceptance of this Drainage Easement, Grantee
covenants that in the event the property described ~
in said easement is ever torn up for maintenance .
purposes and any sod or shrubbery is disturbed, .
then Grantee shall restore the property to the
same condition it was in prior to such main- '
tenance, including the restoration of any sod
and shrubbery disturbed.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever.
