ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the Petition
of the Guardian herein, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is,
ORDERED, as follows:
That said Guardian, MAUDE DIERLAM, guardian of the
propert1 of CRAIG DZERLAM, a minor, be and she~is hereby
authorized and empowered to carry out the terms of that certain
Deposit Receipt Agreement dated July 29, 1972, for the sale of
the property described as follows:
An undivided ~ interest in:
~ Lot Five, Block 152, LAI~:WOOD PARK UIJIT 11,
~ as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 32A, 32B,
~ 32C, 32D of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, .
~ and that said Guardian is further authorized and empowered to

~ execute any and all documents necessary in order to transfer
title to the hereinabove descri.bed property, and to receive
~ for said Purchase and Sale such monies being due the ward and
~ to hold sucYi funds for the benefit of said ward.
