ELTON MELTZER, AS TRUSTEES, the owners and holders of a certain
mortgage deed ~xecuted by WILLIAM F. CARTER and JO ANN M. CARTER,
his wife,
to NATHAN PHILLIPS and ELTON MELTZER, AS TRUSTEES, bearing date
the 3rd day of November , 1971, recorded in
Official Records Book 197 , page 802 , in the affice of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of NINF. THOUSAND

- Dollars, and certain pramises and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State and Caunty
described as followe, to wit:
LOTS 7 and 13 BLOCK 3, GORAL COVE BEACH
SECTION ONL, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 11, at Pages 30A and
30B of the Publ.ic Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and
mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and herebq
direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record.
