right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying
within said right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a Notice of adoption of this Resolution shall be
published in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time within
thirty (30) days of the date hereof.
3. That thE proof of publication of the Notice of Public Hear-

ing, a certified copy of this Resolution, and the proof of publication
of the Notice of adoption of this Resolution be recorded in the deed
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
