Reco-d Book 202 , Page 2323 of the Public ~ecords of St. Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows:
IAt 12, Block 472. PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION Z~IENTY-SIX, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 14, paqes 4 and 4A ;
thru 4C of the Public Reoords of St. Lucie aounty, Florida
~,Ii~REAS, parties hereto desire to ~odify, amend and change some of the
terns and provisions of said Mortgage in order t:iat it r..ay set forth the
true, complete and inteRded agreement between the parties:

the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first nontiily pay~nent is shown to be due on or before the first day

oi Novetaber, 1972 and the f inal montlily payment is shown to be due ~
on or be=ore the first day oi October, 1997 , p!ortgagors and N:ortgagee ~
are desirous of amending the first paycaent due date to March 1, 1973
and anending the final parnent due date to ~bruary 1, 1998 at
c•~hich t~e the entixe outstanding remaining principal balance shall be paid
in full.
~ Exceot as hereby expressly modiEied, all the terms, covenants, conditions
~ and provisions of the note 3nd mortgage dated I"~aY 1, 1972 , shall
