to the plat thereof as reo~rded in Plat Book 13, pages 31 and 31A
thru 31C of the Public Revords of St. Lucie Oounty. Florida
c~~RE1S, oarties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
ter~s and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it ~r.ay set forth the
~rue, complete and intended aqreement between the parties:
P;OW, T'iEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
