JOHNSON, his Wif e, of the County of Dade, State of Florida, parties of the first part, and JOHN L, LESTER and RUTH W. LESTER, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, and R. W. JOHNSON and HELEN H. JOHNSON, his wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, of the County of Dade, State of Florida, whose post office address is P.O. Box 1331, South Miami, Florida 33143, parties of the second part. WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit: ; The North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 13, ; Township 34 South, Range 39 East; less and excepting t-~ ' the following: i .
