State Road Ri~ht of 41ay as therein defined (the last recorded owner of the
title of said prop erty now being Sandra Nell Hortenberry and James T.

WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation has advised
that the property hereinafter described is not necessary for highway purposes,
and has approved to the extent hereinafter set forth;
NOW THEREFORE, The State of Florida, through the State of Florida Board
of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Tr~ast Fund, in consideration of the
sum of Fi~fteen Dollars ($15.00) and the foregoing considerations has remised,
released, and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and
q u i t c 1 a i m u n t o t h e s a i d Sandra Nell Hor~tQ.nbernr and JaQties T. Hort~enberYy, her
hu.sbr~u~d
and their he{rs and assigns forever all rights, title, interest,
claim and demand arising out of the following reservation, to-wit:
RESERVING UNTO THE STATE OF FLORIDA easement for State Road Right of
Way Tv:o Hundred (200) feet wide Iying equally on each side of the
centerline of any State Road existing on the date of this deed through
so much of any parcel herein described as is within One Nundred (100)
feet of said centerline,
as contained in that certain Part Deed No. 759 as to so much of
said right of way described as fol~ows:
Release all of said reservation insofar as same affects Lots 1, 2 ar~d 3, S~$~er
Heights, aooording t,o the plat theseof reoorded in Plat Aook S, page 12, Public
~eo~rds of St. Lucie Coixnty, Florida. ~
