Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared CONSTANCE HARRIS, who being first duly sworn did
depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all facts ;

and Rose Costanza, his wife, the grantees in that certain

3. The aforesaid Rose Costanza died on August 22,
1957 in Teaneck, New Jersey, and a copy of her death certi- ;

ficate is recorded in Miscellaneous Book 13 at page 34 of ~

the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ;

4. The marital relationship of her mother and

; father was continuous and without interruption until the

~ death of her mother as aforesaid.

~ 5. That subsequent to the death of her mother,

~ her father, the aforesaid Salvatore Costanza, also known as

~ S. T. Costanza, married Rose Barba. -
~ 6. That the marria e referred to in paragraph 5 =

~ ~ above was dissolved by final judgment of divorce entered

~ in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in
~ and for St. Lucie Count , Florida, Case ~70-471, entered on

= April 1, 1971, and ?-ecorded in Circuit Court Minute Book 68
e~ at page 491 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

= Florida, and that the defendant referred to in the afore-

said final judgment as Rose Costanza is a different person

from the Rose Costanza named as grantee in the warranty deed
