WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 1r- day of S~NV~~~~ ~

a single adult; NORMAN COSTANZA and TERESA COSTANZA, his wife;
CONSTANCE HARRIS and JOHN J. HARRIS, her husband; ANNE P. KATES,
and DONALD S. KATES, her husband; DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H.
MEIER as co-trustees under that certain Indenture of Trust
executed by Joseph R. Pedevill as donor, dated March 1, 1956
and recorded J-~v ~/)~3 in O.R. Book 1,p at page l~~3
of the public recor s f St. Lucie County, F ori a, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to ROBERT A. FORD and JOY FORD, his wife,
whose address is 2010 Sunrise Blvd., Ft. Pierce, Florida, here-
inafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit:
