soever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1971.
THE AFORESAID, Donald S. Kates and Edward H. Meier,
as co-trustees, hereby covenant with said Grantees that they
will defend the title to said land against the lawful claims ~
of all persons claiming by, through, or under them; and that
they have not done or suffered anything whereby the said land
has been encumbered in any way whatsoever except taxes accruing
subsequent to December 31, 1971.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantors have executed ~
