WARRANTY DEED

a single adult; NORMAN COSTANZA and TERESA COSTANZA, his wife;
CONSTANCE HARRIS and JOHN J. HARRIS, her husband; ANNE P. KATES,
and DONALD S. KATES, her husband; DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H.
MEIER as co-trustees under that certain Indenture of Trust
executed by Joseph R. Pedevill as donor, dated March 1, 1956

of the public recor s o St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter
called the Grantors, to HERRERT C. BROOKS and ARLENE BROOKS, his
wife, whose address is 2110 Esplanade West Street, Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sel2
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit:
Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 2, Block "C"
of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 11, at page 18, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; THENCE run
Northerly along an extension of the Westerly lot
line of said Lot 2, 110 feet t~ a point; THENCE
run Easterly along a line parallel to the rear
lot line of said Lot 2, 80 feet to a point; THENCE
run Southerly along an extension of the Easterly
lot line of said Lot 2, 110 feet to the NE corner
of said Lot 2; THENCE run Westerly along the rear
lot line of said Lot 2, 80 feet to the point of
