W I T N E S S E T H:
Party of the first part pursuant to order of the
County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
the day of /VOVtkds~ , 1972, and in consideration
of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bar-
gains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
to the party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns
forever, an undivided 1/4 interest in and to that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NW corner of Lot 3, Block "C"
of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 11, at page 18, of the public
records or St. Lucie County, Florida; THENCE run
Northerly along an extension of the Westerly lot
line of said Lot 3, 110 feet to a point; THENCE
run Easterly along a line parallel to the rear
lot line of said Lot 3, 80 feet to a point; THENCE
run Southerly along an extension of the Easterly
lot line of said Lot 3, 110 feet to the NS corner
f of said Lot 3; THENCE run Westerly along the rear
lot line of said Lot 3, 80 feet to the point of -
