WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of ,

a single adult; NORMAN COSTANZA and TERESA COSTANZA, his wife;
CONSTANCE HARRIS and JOHN J. HARRIS, her husband; ANNE P. KATES,
and DONALD S. KATES, her husband; DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H. ~
MEIER as co-trustees under that certain Indenture of Trust
executed by Joseph R. Pedevill as donor, dated March 1, 1956

of the public recor s t. Lucie County, F~o`ri~a, hereina ter
called the Grantors, to JOHN LINDSTROM and FLORENCE LINDSTROM,
his wife, ~:•h~se address is 21QQ Esplanade Street, Ft. Pierce,
FZcrida, hereinafter calZed the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
. whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit:
Commenci.ng at the NW corner of Lot 3, Block "C"
of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT NO. Z, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 11, at page 18, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; THENCE run -
Northerly along an extension of the Westerly lot
line of said Lot 3, 110 feet to a point; THENCE
run Easterly along a line parallel to the rear
lot line of said.Lot 3, 80 feet to a point; THENCE
run Southerly along an extension of the Easterly
lot line of said Lot 3, 110 feet to the NE corner
of said Lot 3, THENCE run Westerly along the rear
lot line of said ~.ot 3, 80 feet to the point of
beginning.

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto beZonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors, with the exception of the aforesaid
DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H. MEIER, as co-trustees, hereby
covenant with said Grantees that the Grantors are lawfully ~
seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors have good `
