CONSTANCE HARRIS and JOHN J. HARRIS, her husband; ANNE P. KATES,
and DONALD S. KATES, her husband; DONALD S. KATES and EDWARD H.
MEIER as co-trustees under that certain Indenture of Trust
executed by Joseph R. Pedevill as donor, dated March 1, 1956 ;

of the public recor~~~S~. Lucie County, F ori a, hereina~ter
called the Grantors, to JIM BRITCHER, JR. and BETTY BRITCHER,
his wife, whose address is 1959 Esplanade East, Ft. Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantees.
WITNESSETH: mhat the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantees,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to
wit:
Commencing at the ~~I corner of Lot 6, Block "C"
- of CORTEZ ESTATES UNIT No. 1, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 11, at page 18, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; THENCE run
Northerly along an extension of the Westerly lot

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ; -

covenant with said Grantees that the Grantors are lawfully
