SATISFACTION OF LIEN 24663'~
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, On the 14th day of July, 1967 filed a lien
against any property owned by IDA MAE HOLLINGSWORTH, 1607 Avenue
H, Fort Pierce, Florida, in the ~mount of $292.05, said lien
being recorded in OR Book 167 at Page 610 of the Public Recor.ds
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record;
NOW, Tf~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board ~ County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 23rd day of January, 1973 that said Board does hereby
acknowledge the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same
I! of record.
