BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personaily
appeared MARIE M, KENNEDY who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of

Edward B. Kennedy, who departed this life on July 30, 1970.
2. That she and the said Edward B. Kennedy were the grantees

in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed by David S.
Schenandoah and Doris N. Schenandoah, his wife to Edward B.

Kennedy and Marie M. Kennedy, his wife, dated April 6, 1962,
recorded in O. R. Book 33 at page 698 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the ahove described real
property was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance, ~
she was married to the said Edward B. Kennedy and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption until the death of the
same Edward B. Kennedy.
