property and ahall continue from South to North so that all released
lands are contiguous. All released lands shall be in stripa extend-
ing from the Atlantic Ocean on the East to the Indian River on the
West in multiples of not less than 100 feet of frontage (aa measured ,
on the perpendicular from the South to North). '
