KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, the owner and hoZder
of that certain Lien in the amount of $488.28 held against
LOURILEEN JOHNSON, 513~ No. 20th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
dated July 3, 1968 and recorded in OR Book 172 at Page 1771 of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the
following described property in said County to-wit:
Lot 267 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit 4, Replat,
as recorded in Plat Book 16 at Page 18
for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and
valuable considerations to it in hand paid by Lourileen Johnson,
the owner of said property, and Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co.,
the owner of the following mortgage, has and does hereby make its
aforesaid Lien subordinate and inferior to that certain mortgage
from Lourileen Johnson to Stockton, Whatley, Davin and Co.,
dated December 1, 1972 and recorded in OR Book ~~c at Page ~3 $f
of the Public Records of said County .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Board has caused this agreement to b
