W T T N E S S E T H:
The Party of the First Part, pursuant to po~aer of sale contained
in the Will of the above named decedent, TERESA A. StITTON, and in con-
sideration of the sum of ~10.00 and other good and valuable considera-
tion in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the Party of the Second Part, his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land in the Cotinty of St. Lucie
and State of Florida, to-wit :
Lot 16, Block 5, as shown on the PI.AT of ~iAR?tONY
HEIGHTS ADDITInN #4, said plat having been recorded
in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, on December 4, 1953, in PLAT BOOK
9 , PAGE NUAiBER 71.
TOGETHER with all and sini;ular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining ta that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part, his
heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with the Party
of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders of the above
named Court and the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
in all respects .
