AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF iNDIAN RIVF.R
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared NICHOLAS M.
LIMBERIS , who after being duly sworn , deposes and says:
That I am a dentist, practicing dentistry in the City of Vero Beach at
1935 - 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, and that I reside at 48th Court, Vero
Beach , Indian River County , Florida .
Affiant further states that in 1964 he was in the Air Force stationed at
Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio. Texas, and moved to Florida in August, 1964
when he was discharged. He lived at Temple Terrace, Florida, from August, 1964
until April , 1965 , at which time he moved to Vero Beach and opened his dental
office for the practice of dentistry .
Affiant further states that he is not the same person as Nicholas Limberis,
being the defendant in that certain Summary Final Judgment entered in the Ninth
Judicial Circuit in and for St . Lucie County , Florida , in Case No . 2812-L wherein

; was entered in the amount of $452. 67 plus costs in the amount of $2'l . OU on ivtay 28 ~

~ 1964 . The said Judgment being recorded in Official Record Book 30 , page 177 ,

~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, under Clerk's No. 126243. Affiant
~
~ states that he was not in St . Lucie County at the time that the lawsuit was filed
~ nor was he a defendant in the lawsuit, and in addition thereto, Affiant states
~
~ that he does not know nor has ever heard of E.J . Tokes and that therefore he is
~ not the same person as the Nicholas Limberis whose name appears as defendant
~
~ in such Judgment .
Affiant further states that his brother. Andrea A. Limberis, lived in Fort
~ Pierce , St . Lucie County , at approximately this time , and changed his name to
~ Nicholas Limberis ~ which was also the name of Nicholas M. Limberis' father , and
a
said brother used the name of Nicholas Limberis for business interest in St. Lucie
