SATISFACTION OF ,~IORTGAGE ~46~29
KNOF' ALL MEN EY T~iESE PTtESENTS : That We, Robert S. Albrecht,
Richard Albrecht and Donald G. Albrecht, the owners and holders of
a certain mortgage deed executed by Jetti Iiedtke to Robert S. Albrecht,
Richard Albrecht and Donald G. Albrecht, bearing the date the 28th
day of December, A.D., 1971, recorded in O. R. Book 198 at pages
2205-2207 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum
of FZVE THOUSI~ND SIX HUNDP.ED and 00/100ths DOLLARS, and certain
promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage dee8, upon the
property situate in said State and County described as follows,
to-wit:
Beginning at a poirit where the North line of Lot 2, Section
12, Township 36 South, Range 40 East intersects the ~Vest
shore of the Indian River; thence runninct ~,Test along the
North line of the N 1/2 of Lot 2 a distance of 400 feet;
thence Southerly parallel to the West right-of-way line of S
Indian River Drive, a distance of 100 feet; thence East to
the shore of said Indian River; from the last point mentianed,
run Northerly following the meander of the aforementioned
river to the point of beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT road right-
of-way.
TOGETHER WITH RIPARIAN RIGHTS.
i hereby acknowlege full payment and satisfaction of sai~ note and
~ mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled, and hereby direct
' the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
