in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. LuCie
State of Florida, in O. R. Book 206 Page 2951 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
- SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of BIGH?EEN ?HOUSAND RIVB HUNDRED AND NO/100------

~ premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
