advances on account of said original note together with such additional advanoes in a sum in excess of

provided that nothing herein contained shsll be oonsidered as limiting ihe
amounts that shall be secured hereby whe~ advanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-

mental agreement dated, executed and delivered mncurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to

In this instrument the singular shall include the pluro) and the mauuline shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mortgage ahall cxtend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mongagee.
